Our Services
Cost-effective. Site-specific. Build to endure generations.

Connecting people to the land with water & access, using thoughtful planning and actionable steps.
All guided by over 25 years of experience in ecological restoration.
A living plan is the key.
A single, precise plan that integrates all the necessary elements of a regenerative future:
Water
In developing any plan, we always start with water—mapping its natural path through your land to maximize its benefits. From there, we explore effective ways to intercept and hold water in the soils for long-term hydration and fertility. Next, we incorporate key retention structures like dams, ponds, terraces, and swales to capture, store, and distribute water efficiently, building resilience against extreme weather events.
Infrastructure layers
Gravity-fed watering systems for orchards, gardens, livestock watering points—using elevation to deliver water without pumps, conserving energy and resources.
Fencing forms another critical layer of infrastructure, strategically designed to keep animals in designated areas or out of protected zones, preventing damage while promoting regenerative grazing.
Once access is established through roads and paths, additional infrastructure layers build seamlessly on top, integrating water, fencing, and other elements for a cohesive, regenerative system.
Roads & Access
Roads and access affect water flow, often causing erosion & flash flooding. We turn this into an asset by design of gradient roads or terraces at times swales that harvest runoff, store water in soils, and direct it to dams, ponds, or other structures—creating greater access through the land for ease of movement within your site while managing that most valuable resource water while creating greater ease of interaction through good access.
Wild Energies
We all encounter extreme climatic challenges from time to time—raging wildfires, ferocious storms and devastating floods, biting cold snaps, and scorching hot winds. The key? Plan ahead and prepare.
A well placed series of windbreaks can profoundly transform a site's micro-climate, creating protective zones that buffer against harsh elements. Rooftop sprinklers to combat fires and carefully selected fire retardant trees surrounding buildings are just a handful of the practical techniques and resilient strategies we incorporate into our living plan. The good news? There are plenty of simple, cost-effective solutions for any climate.
